Privacy Policy

Controller for user accounts: NET Partner OÜ (11299597, Narva, Eesti, info@paberid.ee). For uploaded documents we are the processor; the controller is the company/firm that uploads them (see Data Processing Agreement).

What we collect. E-mail, name (optional), language, Telegram chat ID (if you connect it), sign-in times, hashed IP (security log), activity log (who uploaded / opened / commented) and uploaded files with metadata. Cookies: only a session cookie and your language choice; no tracking or third-party analytics.

Why. Providing the service (contract), security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest), billing (legal duty), notifications (contract; you can switch them off in settings except security notices).

Recipients. Sub-processors: Hostinger (hosting, EU), Brevo SAS (e-mail, EU), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (payments, EU), Cloudflare (archive storage when enabled; EU jurisdiction), Telegram (only if you connect it). No selling, no advertising use.

How long. Account — until deleted; documents — per plan retention rules (Terms §Retention); security logs 12 months; billing records 7 years (accounting law).
